01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and wow33 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the wow33 website located at https://wow33.casa, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and ancillary services offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By creating a wow33 account, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, understood its terms, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by them. The Platform operates its services in English and processes all transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the wow33 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or non-withdrawable bonus amounts credited to an Account.
• "Device" means any computer, smartphone, or tablet through which a User accesses the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by wow33 before processing withdrawals or upon request.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia, in which the Platform primarily operates.
• "Platform" means the wow33 website, mobile site, and any associated applications operated at https://wow33.casa.
• "Services" means all games, sports betting markets, live casino tables, lottery products, arcade games, and ancillary features provided by wow33.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it, or any associated winnings, may be withdrawn.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory in which access to or use of the Services is prohibited by applicable law.

03 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the Services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an active Account.
2. You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other non-individual legal entity (unless specifically authorised by wow33 in writing).
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
4. You are not a resident or citizen of a Restricted Jurisdiction, as determined by wow33 from time to time.
5. You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of wow33, or an immediate family member of any of the foregoing.
6. You have not previously had a wow33 Account suspended or terminated for cause.
7. You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws and regulations applicable to your place of residence.

04 Account Registration

Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.

wow33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of the information provided, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by wow33 may result in Account suspension or closure.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

wow33 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players:

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an account review. wow33 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification at our discretion. wow33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Incomplete verification may result in delays. Standard withdrawals are processed within five (5) business minutes for verified accounts, subject to banking cut-off times and payment provider availability.

wow33 does not accept cash deposits, bank cheques, or money orders. All transactions must be electronic and processed through the channels listed above.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

wow33 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms applicable to the individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. wow33 determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion has a designated wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement") which must be met before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Wagering is first applied to real-money funds unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• wow33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including, but not limited to, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements or using multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or to third parties.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on wow33, including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets (covering the English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and international football), lottery products, and arcade games, are operated by licensed and independently audited game providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems, the integrity of which is verified by third-party testing laboratories.

In the event of a discrepancy between the game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on wow33's servers, the server record shall take precedence. wow33 will not be liable for any loss arising from interruptions to internet connectivity, hardware failures, or other technical issues on the User's side.

wow33 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or manipulation. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the User's Account balance.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and are subject to change at wow33's discretion.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wow33 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or using multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies.
• Exploiting technical errors, system bugs, or software vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to wow33 at any stage of registration, KYC, or support interaction.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction through the use of a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward wow33 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

09 Suspension & Termination

wow33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The User has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• wow33 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months without any login activity.
• KYC documentation has not been provided within the specified timeframe.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires the closure of the Account.
• The User has voluntarily requested self-exclusion through our Responsible Gambling tools.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification checks and deduction of any outstanding obligations. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wow33, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

wow33's total aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wow33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

Gambling involves inherent risk. You acknowledge that you participate in all games and betting activities voluntarily and at your own risk, and that wow33 is not responsible for your gambling losses.

11 Privacy & Data

wow33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wow33 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your express consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory bodies where required by law or contractual necessity.

12 Responsible Gambling

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of this Agreement.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction. The Platform serves the Malaysian market and is operated for the benefit of Malaysian users, with primary transactional currency of Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

In the event of a dispute between a User and wow33 regarding any transaction, game outcome, or application of these Terms, the User should first contact our customer support team via live chat and seek resolution through our internal complaints process. wow33 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

wow33's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status shall be final and binding, subject to any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection legislation. Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
